Tradition and freestyle soul

We like to have our own style. Our universe. Artisan soul and freestyle ideas. We are very traditional in the preparation of bread and our products… and at the same time we love to invent new recipes and be a bit irreverent with the usual.

We only work with the best ingredients; natural, organic. Bread ‘without more’ and bread with ‘everything’. Without additives or processed products, in order to create our pieces with ‘everything’ that we like; natural sourdough, filtered water, Guerande salt, organic flour… With all those elements that allow us to imagine breads, cakes, brownies, croissants and all those baked ideas that not only feed the body, but also that freestyle soul that defines us so much.

We enjoy creating and baking each of our products as if they were a piece of art… that’s why sometimes we are a bit Dalí; a free soul with bread always in our heads.

We have a delicious selection of artisan cakes and pastries, made with the same standards of quality and attention to detail that define us. Along with these, you can see our deli products (hummus, baba-ganush,…), ideal for enjoying dinners at home with a gourmet touch of the best quality. Tradition, originality (and that freestyle soul!) committed to our respect for flavour and nature.
