Beyond the concept of “group”, we like to think of ourselves as a family, in which each of our gastronomic projects is like a child; with its character, its ideas and its way of being and understanding life.
Some are calmer, others more rogue. Some more sophisticated and others more feral and some even introverted. But all of them sharing the same idea. Eclectic and creative. And the same obsession; the product and quality.
All of them worthy children of their parents (Ronit Stern and Rafael Campos) and of the people who are by their side watching them grow; the dining room teams, the chefs, our local suppliers.
The parents.
She is a Chef in love with natural products and Bakery. He is passionate about natural wines. Ronit Stern and Rafael Campos. Couple in life, parents of their children and their dogs and also, couple in business life and parents of this family of Grupo La Balabusta.
Both with their previous careers in other sectors, years ago they decided to apply their knowledge and vision to a project in which the most important thing was the gastronomy focused on the quality of the product and the creation of very personal proposals inspired by their travels. And above all in their vision of the “table” as that which is able to unite people, whoever they are and wherever they come from. All this with a very heterodox vision of what a restaurant or a bakery is, beyond fashions.

Do you accept groups?
We accept group bookings and also cater for large groups, please contact us by mail or on whatsapp for bookings.
Can we come without a reservation?
We recommend you make a reservation as we have limited availability for walk-ins.
Do you accept dogs on the premises?
We are in love with dogs and they are always welcome at home. However, as long as they know how to behave.
